We avoid mass hyped work that may be of only fleeting significance. Care and consideration are given to curate while offering a broad selection of artwork that will maintain importance and increase in value. We sell original paintings, limited edition prints, sculptures, glass and craft from important international artists. All listings are FREE. Our commission is market leading (low) and only paid by the Seller following a successful sale. Our procedures for selling and buying art are proven safe, secure, and efficient. Our mission is to offer a worldwide market place while taking the uncertainty out of the transaction process. We have successful experience shipping and conducting transactions worldwide. We have a proven expert team ready to assist you through the process. We have innumerable references available to ease any concerns of using our online services.
As an artist, dealer, buyer, seller, or collector, if you do not find an artist's name that you are looking for, please send us specific information and we will do the research for you. Again, we separate ourselves from other art Sellers by being discerning in the works we offer.
Listing with our site is free and there are no limits as with other online art websites. There is a 15% commission on sales above $4900, a 20% commission on sales below $4899. Every sale below $1900 is subject to a minimum commission of $ 475. The minimum asking price allowed is $1,900 unless approved by OnlineARTGroup.com. When listing with OnlineARTGroup.com, you agree to list exclusively with our site for 180 days. By listing your artwork with us, you have agreed to this condition and further agree not to list the artwork with other websites; however, you may reserve the right to sell your art privately. After the initial listing period of 180 days, you may list your art elsewhere, maintaining your listing with OnlineARTGroup.com with the understanding that we retain the ability to sell your artwork so long as it is listed. It will be your responsibility to inform us to remove your listing if it is no longer available. You are welcome to remove your listing at any time without penalty.
PROCEDURES

Follow the instructions and register securely and discretely with OnlineArtGroup.com. It's free and allows you full access to buy, sell, post ads, create watchlists, and browse our many resources. MAKE CERTAIN you add OnlineARTGroup.com to your allowed or safe list in your email server/program to prevent emails to and from OnlineARTGroup.com being rejected. Any personal information you provide to us will not be used, shared, or sold!

Once Registered, click on the "Create New Listing" tab in the upper right hand corner of your Private Account Page and follow the instructions. It is important to provide as much information as possible about the work being sold. Provide the clearest personally produced images of the work as possible. Make certain the images you provide are not taken from an online or other copyrighted source.

Experts at OnlineARTGroup.com will verify and approve your listing within 24 business hours of receipt. Upon approval, you will be notified immediately and your work will be listed and marketed to markets internationally.

You will be notified immediately of legitimate and verified offers for your listing. We will use the information you provide to us regarding the lowest offering price we should pass along to you, or if no minimum price is provided to us, we will use our expert judgment and discretion in forwarding reasonable offers to you.

Upon your acceptance of the offer, or notification of the pending purchase, OnlineARTGroup will initiate payment collection and verification on your behalf.

Upon purchase/offer acceptance notification, the Buyer will have 72 business hours to complete funds transfer to OnlineARTGroup.com's escrow account. Within 24 business hours of funds verification, OnlineARTGroup.com will notify the Seller to initiate shipping which must be initiated within 72 business hours of notification from OnlineARTGroup.com. Buyer pays all shipping costs; Seller pays all packing and crating costs unless otherwise included under the listing, or agreed to prior to finalizing the transaction.

Within 48 business hours of the Buyer satisfactorily receiving the artwork, the Buyer will notify OnlineARTGroup.com of satisfactory delivery. Within 24 business hours of satisfactory delivery notification, OnlineARTGroup.com will transfer purchase funds to the Seller (minus commission).

After Artwork Received by Buyer
In the event Buyer funds have not been transmitted to OnlineARTGroup.com within 72 hours of Offer/Purchase acceptance from Seller, the Seller has the option to cancel the sale and re-list.
In the event the Seller does not ship the artwork within 72 hours of funds verification and notification, Buyer has the option to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.
In the event the Buyer is not satisfied with the product delivered due to false or misleading statements regarding any aspect of the artwork, the Buyer must notify OnlineARTGroup.com with 24 business hours, or relinquish any rights of dispute regarding the transaction. The Buyer will document any damages and misrepresentations related to the artwork and forward them to OnlineARTGroup.com for immediate review and resolution. All damages incurred as the result of shipping will be pursued by the Buyer with their shipper. Because damages can be recovered from/through the shipping company, damage incurred during shipping will not constitute cancellation of the transaction or funds transfer to the Seller. In the event that it is determined that false or misleading statements, or incorrect condition representations were made by the Seller, the Seller will be responsible for any costs associated with return delivery to the Seller.
Each Seller is responsible for adequately packaging and crating any artwork sold to a Buyer. OnlineARTGroup.com has numerous resources available to guide you in correctly packing/crating any kind of work. Any damages to artwork incurred during shipping will be pursued by the Buyer. Artwork can be shipped through OnlineArtGroup.com. If such requests are made, the Seller will be responsible for both the shipping to us and to the end Buyer unless otherwise negotiated.
Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties required.
The Seller always assumes complete legal and ethical responsibility for all listings, pricing, authenticity, and accuracy; and relieves Online ARTGroup.com from any and all misrepresentations and legal actions that may result.
** Should artwork listed by the seller on this website or otherwise brokered by Online Art Group prove to be not as reported or found to be not authentic, the seller shall be responsible for all costs for return shipment, other fees incured for the entire transaction and will lose any and all commissions due and paid Online Art Group for such sales as a result of these misrepresentations. This applies to all non-authentic artwork regardless of whether such misrepresentation was intended by the seller or not.
